Brogan Duffy, CPA, collects nonpublic personal information
about you from the following sources:

we receive from you on questionnaires or other forms;

we receive from you during tax interviews, consultations or telephone
conversations; and

about your transactions with us or others, including your customers,
vendors or affiliates, as provided
or authorized by you.

about you to those employees who need access to this information to
provide
products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic
personal
information. When appropriate, disposal of this information is done by
shredding. In addition, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal
information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except
as
required by law or authorized by you.
